Standard Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations:
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including areas like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, and more. If you live in a remote area, delivery may take longer, and additional shipping charges may apply.

2. Shipping Methods:
We offer Standard Shipping through reputable couriers such as The Courier Guy, Aramex, PostNet, and DHL Express. The specific courier used for your order will depend on your delivery location.

We Offer the option of instore Collection @ 118 Crestwood Drive, Lonehill, Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Standard Shipping Rates: shipping fee of R75 for urban areas and R100 for rural areas.

  • No Charge for Instore collection

Note: Shipping fees for oversized or bulky items may vary. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items in your order.

4. Processing Time:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for rural or outlying areas.

5. Delivery Tracking:
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • P.O. Box addresses are not eligible for delivery through certain couriers. Please ensure you provide a physical address for your order.

7. Missing or Delayed Shipments:
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays can occasionally happen. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at info@propartsdirect.co.za and we’ll assist you in tracking down your order.

8. Damaged or Lost Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a return or exchange, depending on the issue.

9. Returns and Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your order, our return policy allows you to return most products within 7 days of receiving them. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.
